The Dumb Bell series.

The Dumb Bell series evolves from real kink practice. Neural used this as a training tool.

The subject would kneel, stripped, in front of a mirror with her hands on her head. She was to repeat all of the mantras in order. If she got a mantra correct she would receive a reward. If she messed it up, she would receive a punishment and return to the beginning.  It was and is very effective.

This repeatable structure formed the nucleus of the Dumb Bell project, which you can use as well within the confines of risk-aware consensual kink.
